Some will even drive by on their own before agreeing to a showing, so you’ll want to make sure your yard, porch, garage, and façade are well taken care of at all times. Clean out all of the leaves and debris that may have piled up over the winter, make sure your hedges are neatly trimmed, and that nothing is covering the exterior of your home.
